Each piece is CNC cut from a sheet of .75" (19mm) white durable PVC, and is one connected piece.
After the cutting process is completed, the edges and any rough spots are all sanded by hand for a nice, smooth finish.
Looks great as is, or you can paint these to your liking using regular spray paints made for plastics, like Krylon, Rustoleum, etc. (Not included and results not guaranteed)
