Accept Credit Cards

Ordering

Ordering online: Place items in cart by clicking on the corresponding “Add To Cart” button. In the upper right of any web page you will see a summary showing the number of items in your cart and the total dollar amount of the items. You may delete items from the cart, change quantities or delete everything from your cart with the click of a button. Click the “Checkout” button when you are ready to complete your order. Fill out your mailing/shipping information and choose your shipping method. Click the “Submit” button. Choose your method of payment and click the “Submit” button.



Ordering by mail:
Follow the “Ordering online” instructions above then choose the payment option “By Mail - Check/Money Order/Credit Card” and click the “Submit” button. You will then have a printable order form to fill out and send in with your payment. Payments made by check are subject to a 7-14 day hold time while the funds clear.

Ordering by phone: Follow online ordering instructions above then choose the “Phone In - Credit Card” option at checkout. The shopping cart will generate and email you a printable receipt for you with an order number and will e-mail us a copy. Note your Invoice Number on the order generated. When you call, have your Order Number, Credit Card Number, Type of card, Expiration Date handy.  Call us at 616.848.7102.  If you get our answering machine, please leave your payment info or leave a callback number and best time to reach you. (See below for privacy/security information)



 


Shipping

Shipping times: Nearly all items are custom made per order. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of order date. You will be notified of any delays. Catalog orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 days of the order date. You will receive an e-mail notification when your order ships.

Custom jobs for items not included on our web site will be quoted with estimated shipping times along with the pricing information.

Shipping methods:
  USPS First Class Mail. Priority Mail, UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air are available.

Some orders, depending on weight, will not have the
First Class Mail option available. First Class Mail will only show up for small items that can be mailed in an envelope.

Delays in shipping via USPS are fairly common. While most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days, some may take longer. Please allow 10-15 business days before contacting us about your order not having arrived yet. If you MUST have your order sooner, choose Priority Mail, UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.

Tracking is only provided for UPS shipments.
You will receive tracking information via e-mail when your UPS order ships. Some Priority Mail orders may include Delivery Confirmation.

Shipping costs / Estimates: Shipping costs are based on the
item(s) that you are ordering and your location. Place item(s) in cart, go to cart and click the “Click to Estimate” link under the subtotal. Enter your Country and Zip Code and click the Get Shipping Quotes button.


Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing mistakes may occur. StreamlineDesign.com reserves the right to refuse the fulfillment of orders that contain item or shipping pricing errors. If pricing errors occur, you will be notified of such along with the proper pricing and given the opportunity to cancel or accept a corrected order.


Returns

All returns must be pre-authorized and include an RMA number issued by StreamlineDesign.com  Returns without prior authorization or an RMA number will not be accepted. Returns, shortages, and errors notices must be made within 30 days of order shipment date. Please contact us for an RMA number.

Standard items may be returned for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Returns for replacements or exchanges will be shipped at customer’s expense.

Orders filled incorrectly
by StreamlineDesign.com will be replaced and shipped at no charge to the customer.

Vinyl that has been applied or attempted to have been installed will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund even if the order was filled incorrectly.

No returns on non web site custom orders. Errors by StreamlineDesign.com may be returned for replacement at no charge.





Warranty

Customer applied vinyl, where we have no control over the conditions, location and other aspects of the installation cannot be warranted. Problems will be handled on a case by case basis.

Our vinyl is warranted to be free of defects in workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase on StreamlineDesign installs only.

We use the highest quality vinyl materials for our products. Our vinyl materials carry a 5-7 year outdoor life expectancy. (Except where noted).

We hold the same interest as you in keeping our own information secure and private.

Our site is PCI/PA-DSS Compliant.

PA-DSS represents a very specific set
of requirements that systems must meet
if they are to be used in processing credit cards. Systems must be audited by a
PCI DSC approved assessor who will
assign a “pass” or “fail” to the application. Those that pass will be put on an official
list of PA-DSS compliant applications (available online at www.pcisecuritystandards.org).

Privacy Policy

We don’t spam!  We will never use your personal information for any reason other than to contact you about an order or open shopping cart. We will never sell, rent or share your personal information with any other company.

StreamlineDesign.com does not store any credit card information.
Credit card information left on our secure voice mail system is only accessible by the individual processing the order. Once the order is processed, the message and your information is permanently deleted.

Mail-in orders that include credit card information are destroyed directly after processing.

We never see your credit card information on transactions processed online. Additionally, there is no way that anyone can gain access to your credit card information through our online transaction manager. Not even us. We can, however, authorize further debits in the case of adding another item after an order has been placed, or where additional shipping charges are required. We will always obtain authorization from you before applying any additional charges.

Your IP address is captured at the time of your ordering. This is utilized in order to help prevent credit card fraud. We will prosecute fraudulent orders to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Cookies are used by this web site. A "cookie" is a piece of information that our Web site sends to your browser, which then stores this information on your system. If a cookie is used, our web site will be able to "remember" the contents of your shopping cart for a predetermined amount of time or until you disable or delete the cookie. Many users prefer to use cookies in order to help them navigate a Web site as seamlessly as possible. You should be aware that cookies contain no more information than you volunteer, and they are not able to "invade" your hard drive and return to the sender personal or other information from your computer.

We also process payments using PayPal.
