Basic Installation

The PT Grille Black-Out Kit consists of several “V” shaped pieces of flat black vinyl that are applied to the vertical posts and give the illusion of a customized, aftermarket grille.

Each kit comes with installation instructions and enough vinyl to Black-Out one grille.

$20.00 per kit

Application of the vinyl pieces is simple but tedious. See the template at left.
Following the included instructions, peel the vinyl off the release liner. Line up the curve with the center of the vertical post. Stick the pieces on and smooth them down towards the rear of the post on both sides.
A cotton swab works well to burnish the pieces in place. Have a straight pin handy to remove bubbles.
