Credit card information left on our secure voice mail system is only accessible by the individual processing the order. Once the order is processed, the message and your information is deleted.
Mail-in orders that include credit card information are stored only after the credit card information is physically removed and destroyed.

Additionally, there is no way that anyone can gain access to your credit card information through our online transaction manager. Not even us. We can, however, authorize further debits in the case of adding another item after an order has been placed, or where additional shipping charges are required.
